There are three sizes of Cluster Jewel - Large, Medium and Small - you can only socket a Cluster Jewel in a socket size larger than the jewel.
does Blade Blast apply to Bladestorm?
Just the physical blade spells.
Do the new jewel sockets also work with old jewels?
Yes!
Cartographer's Orb of Delirum will add stacks of delirium to your maps to increase the difficulty of your experience and add a reward type. The map there has two orbs applied.
Can we anoint the new nodes?
No, the notables are exclusive to the Cluster Jewels.

The cluster jewel creates regular jewel sockets, so there's lots you can do with them!
Can you socket regular jewels into the expanded jewel sockets? Can you put 3 regular jewels into the unique voice jewel?

Jewel sockets and keystones will cost one refund point to respec but the others won't cost any points to undo so you'll be able to change your mind freely.
What builds come to mind that are not already walking all over the tree? At 95 in my best builds, all my points are allocated and I don't really have much to spare.
Not complaining, I'm sure there are builds out there which have 'ehh idk what to do with 10 passive points', but I don't know what they are.

For Hollow Palm, do you need to remove all of your both weapons slots and gloves or just one of those? I'm guessing all of them.
Yes, you remove them all. Your hands should be empty, your palm hollow.
How do the new nodes work with regret orbs? Do you get those points back when you remove the jewel, or do you have to refund each passive node before you can take the jewel out of its spot?
Jewel sockets and keystones cost one respec point to respec, the others cost zero so there are some wheels you can freely respec.
Do all the new clusters have a jewel socket, allowing us to daisy-chain them infinitely?
Not all of them add an additional jewel socket.
About the passives, the passives that the jewels add are already allocated right? No passive points needed. If so, that is insane
You'll need to allocate skill points in order to utilise them.
When do they announce balance changes?
Outside of the new jewel system there are some small balance changes that we will share in the coming weeks.
