REMINDER: All PC & PS4 servers will come down today for maintenance at the following times:

PC (1 hour): 6am PT / 3pm CET
PS4 (3 hours): 8am PT / 5pm CET

Downtime is expected to last up to 3 hours.

Outfit Wars is just around the corner. Plan is to send it to Public Test Server in the coming days, then begin testing on a compressed schedule. It's looking real good so far, and I think you folks will get a kick out of it, too. #planetside2

UPDATE: This hotfix is live on Emerald now. We'll continue to monitor, please let us know if you're still experiencing connectivity issues.

ALERT: We've been monitoring performance on Emerald (PC NA East) and are planning a small hotfix today that should help mitigate some of the performance issues we saw yesterday. No downtime required.

ALERT: We’re aware of players experiencing login issues since today’s maintenance and continuing to troubleshoot. Working now to fully restore all services.

All servers are unlocking now and should be available for play momentarily. Apologies for the wait, we appreciate your patience soldiers!

UPDATE: We are continuing to troubleshoot the final testing steps before bringing servers back online after this morning's database migration. The Ops team is working as fast as possible, and we'll update you as soon as game servers are back online.

UPDATE: This morning's platform maintenance has been extended by 1 hour to 1pm PST (10pm CET). Will provide another update when game servers are coming back up.

REMINDER: All PC & PS4 servers will come down in 1 hour at 6am PST (3pm CET) for extended downtime to perform a database migration. Downtime is expected to last up to 6 hours.

If the migration is completed early we'll bring all game servers back up as soon as possible.
