Thanks, I've shared my opinions / feedback even while employed, both positive and negative! I was always a fan of the game/player first when it came to sharing my own feedback internally.

  • You are no longer able to right-click equip a skin
  • You are no longer able to double left-click equip a skin
  • Right-Clicking only provides one option now: Exchange for BP
  • Previewing other skins is messy and will often lead to you unequipping your current skin
  • Even if you select all the skins you want AND click on the SAVE button as instructed by the game, when you attempt to leave the screen, the game gives you a warning asking if you want to leave because unsaved changes will be lost

None of these changes were noted in the patch notes, unless I missed it somewhere.

Also, what was was so bad about the way the UI worked up until now? This feels backwards and illogical - an undocumented quality of life downgrade. You took away 2 ways to equip skins and introduced a third, now only one, which is also not working correctly. Why?

I have already seen people report that they've deleted some skins because they were used...

It doesn't matter, you can't select maps anyway, so you're still gambling on what outfit to wear due to a random map.

All these shitty changes to win people back over and barely any acknowledgement of the problems people have been screaming about for years now.

You select your outfit in the game lobby once you get a map.

You'll get BP for those. They won't just get deleted for nothing.

No man, replay is pretty accurate now. This is just some copium stuff so when people see a cheater in the replay it can be always explained by saying "oh no the replay is not accurate so it looks like they cheat".

Replays are not recordings, but reconstructions of game events based of off data. Data that will look differently from your vs your enemy player's perspective.

It is there to showcase the events that have happened, but they won't ever be accurate.

Recoil does not get recorded in that data, the recoil you see in the replay is there to show that there is a recoil on the weapon. It's not the actual recoil of that weapon at the time of the event.

You should not. They are considered cheats and are perma bannable offenses. Consistently playing with cheaters is also a bannable offense. Tell your friend to stop being a little donkey and to learn how to play the game properly.

Hi, thanks for your time to clarify some details. I will say again what i said few times here. Myself, and in my opinion, 90% people here knows Partners can't ban directly. And I'm sorry if someone was mislead by the title.

Can you then please explain what does "disruptive to other players" means in terms of banning someone? Tnx.

I've sent you a chat message with more information. I'd advise reviewing this :-)

RE "90% people here knows Partners can't ban directly" Unfortunately, this isn't the case. I see this almost daily that players accuse streamers of banning players for all sorts of silly reasons.

I'm glad to see you agree this is not the case, but unfortunately most people only read the title and make their opinion

Just to confirm: No, PUBG Partners can not do this.

You stated in your post “disruptive behaviour to other players”. I’m not sure this is the accurate wording you have shared. However, this is not a message related to a ban for stream sniping.

I’m sorry to hear your friend feels they were wrongly banned. But please direct them to contact PUBG Support if they feel it was an incorrect ban.

I hope this helps 😊

EDIT: I've sent you a chat message with more information!

There was an issue recently with this, but this should now be resolved.

Try the following!

1) Go to your game installation folder and delete the folder "Vivox". The path should be: [your drive where you installed the game] Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\ThirdParty\Vivox

2) Once deleted, head to Steam -> Settings -> Downloads -> Clear Download Cache

3) Verify game files by right clicking the game in Steam library-> Properties -> Local files -> Verify integrity of game files.

Then see if this resolves the issue! :-)
