Yesterday i played 6 or 7 games on Deston. In all of the them, the phase 1 circle was favoring the big city,( ripton? And late game was somewhere aroubd the city. Why did they tune it like this?
It's rng. It's not tuned to go to the city - the zone has a random change to end up anywhere every match. I myself have clocked over 30 hours on test last week and have not seen a city circle more than once perhaps.

This map reminds me of fortnite with 3 different climate zones smashed into one map. Swamp, desert and grass meadows? Where is this based in?

Gliders on Deston is highly exploitable. Imagine you’re fighting in Ripton on one of those accessible building rooftops. There comes a guy on a gliders and he parachutes on those inaccessible skyscraper rooftop. He has an advantage over literally everyone.
Yeah, adding Gliders would introduce some new balancing headaches for sure.
Personally, I don't care if they add them or not. I'd just like to understand why they didn't add them in the first place. Like what is their thinking? I feel like the map could handle Gliders.
The idea is to have a unique experience on each map. Deston offers a unique new feature, ascenders / ascender towers which allow for map traversal unlike on any other map. With the reusable parachutes and ascender towers, the team behind Deston said that they feel that there won't be a need for gliders / emergency pickup in order to traverse the map.
Things can always change though, so if the gliders are really widely requested, I'm sure the team can reconsider!

where does the key go?
Look for Pillar marked containers in the open and doors/rooms in buildings that have a glowing red color indicating that they are locked.
Will the new shotty be ever added to the ranked?
The O12 is exclusive to Deston. Deston won't be added to ranked with the upcoming update. If there is an apetite for the map to be added to ranked among the ranked players, it can be added, devs said.
Why was there a police car in the dev video (and shown off on one of the loading screens in game) only for it to be left out of this release? Same for the SMG that was showcased in the dev video.

No fix for all the crashes?
The teams are constantly working on finding ways to replicate issues that some users are experiencing. There have been some confirmed crashing issues related to anticheat which have received hotfix patches over the past few weeks but may not yet fully be resolved. Both the anticheat teams as well as game dev teams are monitoring these things and looking into the issues.

like rev said, adapt. its literally been like this since they added the ability to equip gas cans and its not going to change.
The devs have said that it is not the most clean solution, but that it is one that works and that this may get revisited in the future. As Rev mentioned, this is to do with it's multiple funtionalities. As you are able to have it equiped in your melee slot and use your left click to pour gas or right click to aim and throw it, these actions would conflict with the fueling action that gets enabled while in the vehicle.

Is PUBGCorp actually going to implement what NA/EU players want on their own servers instead of subjecting us to Asia's wants and desires or not?
Or are you literally talking about ONLY whether or not the featured queue will exist (and not all of matchmaking metrics) being region dependent? Because that's even more embarrassing.
We are here to share our regions sentiment with the developer teams. There are no plans to provide region specific map pools currently. As Sheepy said, Deston will initially be a featured queue and that the feedback regarding it, like everything else, will be monitored in all regions.

Due to high win rates, the billboard on San Martin’s roof has been removed.
The players who stood on the roof of San Martin's building ended up winning a high amount of games from this location. So after reviewing the area, it was determined this could be due to the billboards, so the Dev team removed them to try and level the battlegrounds.
