Your feedback is very appreciated, we read it all and make sure to let the dev teams know about anything you report, suggest or talk about!
Let us know how you like the updates to the training mode, the main menu / lobby.
The team has done a great deal to further improve the lobby UI, bring you new ways to practise and play the game and they cannot wait to hear your thoughts!
I see all the feedback regarding the ping markers and understand that there are concerns with some of the feature's functionalities and I'll make sure that all feedback is delivered to the dev teams!

How much space does the EMT gear take? Just those passive bonuses are HUGE making this a must have item in every match.
edit: Ooh it takes a weapon slot, much more balanced then. I'm gonna definitely run some VSS/DMR + EMT combos though might be cool :D
EMT Gear is a primary slot equipment so you won't be able to carry it in your backpack, just like the weapons. However, this does get relevant when it comes to Taego and the item vehicle trunk system. I shall inquire and let you know when I get an update!

I haven't received several drops ( Halloween Spider Spray, Pumpkin Head, Winner Winner Hat Console, Get Lit Spray, Festive Flurry Hat ) that I redeemed on my ps4 account. I already unlinked my twitch and krafton id account and relinked it and it didn't work. Do I have to wait some time ? or do i have to unlink my ps4 account with krafton id and twitch account too ?

Hey, I'd try relinking your game platform as well but there should be a 24 hour cooldown before you can re-link just so you are aware.

To avoid losing momentum on the new players you need to IMMEDIATELY introduce skill based matchmaking to the best of your ability or all these new players from F2P will get destroyed and immediately just quit.
All these things fall on deaf ears unfortunately though. If this mechanism is introduced FAST (ie not a year from now, I’m talking January) then you MIGHT get lucky and keep a good number of these new players and then be able To leverage back map selection and more.
Hey ps2cho! Thanks for the feedback! This system already exists as a dynamic system which pairs people of similar skill / rank if there are enough players of similar skill/rank queueing at the same time.

I appreciate the communication and it’s good to know that pubg extensively analyzes and works to implement anti-cheating.
It’s clearly an issue they are focused on after reading this. I wish they would communicate more often.. because people and players are always more understanding if they aren’t kept in the dark.
One thing I would like to add to this equation is the efforts and assessment of Pubg in regards to false banning from reports. What does their data show, how can they help reduce this common complaint.
False bans is a frustrating experience and this topic is definitely on the team's radar.
We are working closely with the Dev team on improving this system as well as the in-game report functions to make sure it's benefiting our players and not used for malicious intent.
I do not have much details to share at this time on when such improvements may come to light, but we are regularly putting forward the community's concerns to the Dev team.
You want a good anti-cheat? Pay the volunteers who review and vote on all the submissions to PUBG Shield.
And implement hardware bans, ffs. It's not perfect, but it's better than what you have now.
Hey Keith! Hardware bans have been a thing since 2019. They are not a 100% bulletproof solution though. However, the team has been hard at work to implement this into the in-house developed anticheat in a way it will have even more impact as mentioned in the dev letter.
Shield is a great additional measure that catches elusive cheaters that slip through the cracks. We are working on a few big features to further improve QoL.
