This is by design, after playing for a bit, the game will be able to allocate you in the higher mmr tier which will have the bot count reduced to a minimum of 20. It is as you said meant to allow new players to ease into the game a little bit and not have their first experience be getting destroyed by players with 4000 hours.
Hi Kohomologia! If your squad is not full you may leave without receiving a penalty in the first 5 minutes of the match. This time starts counting from the moment you find yourself in the airplane, not in the pre-match lobby.
I can't promise this will happen anytime soon but we have reported this to the team. Hopefully you'll get back to making duck noises after your kills asap!

Thanks dude, it's hard to talk about anything related to AC due to it being a sensitive topic which can work against you if you start revealing your progress on certain things but as we've mentioned many times, the AC team is hard at work at making improvements to our systems and processes non stop.
We hate cheaters and we know that the situation isn't ideal but we are doing our best to keep up the fight. We, from the community team here in NA have started an anti-cheat initiative recently as well in order to help catch those who keep avoiding our systems by working together with the community. Hey all! I believe this will be fixed with Update 10.3 - I'll double check with the team.
We are saying that we all achieved zero reputation and then were banned shortly after for Toxic and griefing behaviour, and all of us having similar scenarios.
I was suggesting that the reputation system aided the ban if that’s not the case why have we all been banned so easily?
Sorry, all I can confirm for you right now is that the ban was unrelated to the reputation system.

I looked into this further and I can confirm that bans are not given for reputation decreases, even if it hits zero.
I'd like to look into this a little further.
