Hey, if you can, try and record cases when this happens and make sure an fps counter is visible as well as the match ID in the bottom right corner and send us the clips so we can forward it to the team to look into! There were some things that impacted performance on the back end which have been identified and resolved during the few hotfix updates since 11.2. We are monitoring for edge cases to learn why this is still occurring for some players. Thank you!

Thought what I witnessed on the UFC yesterday was bad!
Hey all, there are some situations where if an account is determined (through some manual and automatic checks) to have been hijacked that a ban can be reversed. In those situations, our support team has come to the conclusion that the rightful account holder didn't incur the offenses which resulted in the initial ban (due to the account being stolen).
I have been in talks with the team and they're working to strength the process to determine whether or not an account has in fact been stolen, where the hijacker has then used cheats on the account.
In this case, I've reinstated the permanent ban personally as obviously this isn't the case of an innocent player having their account unfortunately stolen.

Can you implement raw mouse data recording, when player opens fire, and then compare game crosshair data to compare if players are using recoil macro. There should be patterns to be found on cheaters.

Edit: In reference to Sword_Saint's comments last year, that is true! A lot of work has gone into other modes which we've mainly been experimenting with in LABS thus far.

What is the deal with the Shield update where you can't report people who aren't on the console you are on? We have cross play so why can't I report a PlayStation user because I'm on Stadia? Also, where did the intentional team kill option go? I've reported him in game but Shield is supposed to have more teeth.

Hey, that sounds like a bug. Will report it to the devs. You should definitely be able to report other console players regardless of your console. Teamkilling was removed alongside other infractions that have less to do with cheating in our Feb 09 Update.
