Thanks, reported it back to the team to take a look at!

Thanks for the feedback! As much as you can see someone behind your vehicle, they will be able to see you crouching behind it while having no weapons in hands during the animation as well. The effect is quite flashy and will be undoubtedly caught by anyone passing by or looking in the general direction. I'm having a hard time seeing this as some one sided unfair advantage. If anything, the animation would attract more attention to yourself if you do it and you can see what is happening behind most vehicles by crouching behind them and looking through windows or quickly standing up and crouching back down. However, the team has been made aware of this scenario and will be monitoring how the new feature is used.

Yep, I was on Wacky's stream yesterday when he was testing it out. The amount of McLaren coins you need (and you get them from crates and the season pass), wound up being about $300 for the basic skin - MORE if you want all colors and options.

For *EVERYTHING* (all colors, brakes, and rims) it was over $1000 to unlock

Edit: You would THINK that selling a car skin for like, $10 or $20 would get them a lot more money than this prohibitively expensive bullshit.

To get the basic skin you need 2000 Tokens. Purchasing and completing the Crafter Pass for 990 G-Coin (Roughly 10 USD) will net you 2015 Tokens.

Yeah it’s crazy that it changes the actual car completely… wild. The hitbox is different? Sounds?

Everything but the base vehicle specs (top speed / acceleration / hitpoints) changes. The sound, the hitbox and design.

How do I get it?

Purchasing and completing the crafter pass for 990 G-Coin will get you the standard McLaren (White) with 2000 McLaren tokens.

McLaren Elite as well as additional McLaren skins cost additional tokens.

Heckin insane, as anything you do, sir. <3

You know what i would have liked as a patch update.. a f**king events night once a week. Win94 only games from 6pm-12am ...

Or maybe even spice it up more and call it 'Cowboy Tuesdays' and have old western weapons only. And a Apaches on horses!

I do miss those as well. I'd love to experience the hardcore sanhok one again. Having limited UI info really elevated the survival experience for me!

Please please please let us use that Limited Interact key to carry teammates.

Good idea! This feature has already been confirmed a little while ago and will be coming in an upcoming update, however, I am not yet sure how exactly it will work so I'll be forwarding your feedback on that in regards to the new interact key addition.

I'm more interested in the base cost to be able to drive a McLaren around. If it's something like 10$ for the base model, I'd be fine with it.

Interesting that companies are fine withy being associated with borderline scams in video games though, if it were me I'd be worried about ruining the brands image/name by implementing it into a 3rd rate BR game.

Purchasing the crafter pass for 990 G-Coin will give you 100 McLaren tokens, rewards from the pass will amount to 1915 tokens which brings you to 2015 points. The standard McLaren White costs 2000 points. You'll also earn McLaren caches which have 10% chance to drop more tokens.

Additional vehicle skins cost additional tokens, 400 for one of the standard vehicle skin color or 500 for the elite vehicle version skin color.

Difference between standard and elite vehicle skins can be seen in the skin preview in game.

In short: You can get a McLaren by purchasing and completing the pass for 990 G-Coin. If you wish to buy additional skins, it will cost additional tokens.
