[2022] "Something went wrong with the activation"

Hello

I have xbox game pass for pc so once Rainbow 6 extraction was released I went through the process of getting it. Unfortunately for some reason it connected my gamepass account to my nephews ubisoft account, which he made a few years ago to play rainbow 6 siege on xbox. 

I eventually made it into his account and unlinked my gamepass from his account and then tried again, making sure that it was my own account that I was linking. Unfortunately when I did it I ended up with a problem show here;
