Steps to Replicate

• Play Doc with any number of teammates
• Switch to syringe Pistol with RB button
• Quickly switch back to last equipped weapon with Y button
• Quickly switch back to syringe pistol with RB button

Results

• Being unable to switch weapons at all for up to several minutes, varying each time in time before resolution.

Seemingly can be fixed by interacting with objects that can be interacted with with the X button, or by doing a stealth takedown on any enemy.
