[2022] [My R6 game is not showing in my library]

I purchased the deluxe version and the order is confirmed but nothing is showing up in Ubisoft connect. I did download it but to my dislike I uninstalled it, then my friends got it so I tried to redownload but I can't find it at all in Ubisoft connect.

Sorry to hear you are not seeing the game in your library.

Do you perhaps have an alternative Ubisoft account that you may have purchased the game on?
