I have downloaded the game rainbow six extraction on my xbox series x and the game is running fine until when it tries to connect to the servers it just freezes and then crashes i did try everything possible with resets and downloaded the game again and still i have the same problem.
please help

Are you receiving a specific error code before the game crashes? I also recommend the following steps which will test the connection and determine your NAT type. Please let me know which NAT type you receive after performing the connection test.
@mr-propaganda In this situation, I recommend launching the Ubisoft Connect app first, then Rainbow Six Extraction. Make sure your Ubisoft account and Xbox accounts are linked correctly. You can check this in the account management website.
