I signed my wife's account up for RAF and she was in-game for over 3 hours the other day and neither of us have received our rewards. Is this a known issue?

Hey @ori0n37 , thanks for reaching out about this. I'm sorry to hear you and your wife haven't received your rewards for the friend referral program. That's most unusual!

We've not had any reports of this not working, as far as I can tell. Please note that your wife would need to have not already opened the game prior to your invite. If that is the case, but you still didn't get your rewards, please contact our support teams directly, as they'll need to take a closer look at the two accounts to identify the issue. Any of the three links below will be fine - please include your Ubisoft Connect username or email address, and the username of your wife's account too, so the agent who responds can more easily find your details.
