Hi everyone,

On last saturday I wanted to try extraction on pc through game pass ultimate, but my pc wasn't strong enough so I went back to xbox one. And then when I tried with the same ubisoft profile to play the game I continously got this message:
So then I tried to play the game with an other xbox profile and it worked perfectly. So thats a fact that is not a network connection related problem.
And I tried to play again yesterday, and it seem none of the profile works. I got the HOTEL-00001000 error message on boh character. And the most annoying thing about this problem is even the rainbow six siege is not works. I tried rebooting, redownloading, reconnecting my xbox account in ubisoft connect. Any suggestions what can be the problem?

Are you Online in the original Xbox and Ubisoft accounts you tried?

By this I mean showing as Online (not Away, or Invisible).

As far as I can see, this isn't an issue that has been otherwise reported. Thanks for having listed the troubleshooting steps you've already tried. I agree that this doesn't seem like a connection issue, so I'd like to recommend you check our troubleshooting guide. In particular, make sure you've disconnected the console from the internet for a few minutes to reset its connection to all servers, you've fully power-cycled it, and you've checked for any and all updates to the system and software.

If the issue persists thereafter, I'd recommend getting in touch with our support teams, as the issue could be to do with your account - they'd need to take a closer look at the account to diagnose the issue, something which we can't do from here. Any of the three links below will work! Please include your Ubisoft Connect username or email address with your message, so the agent responding can find your account more quickly.
