I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with linking your Xbox account, we will gladly look into this further. I just want to check first, are you still experiencing issues with this? You should be able to view your Ubisoft account details and what platforms your account is linked to once you login here.

I understand you cannot link your Ubisoft account to your Xbox profile as it is already linked to another account.
