If you have not received your in-game purchase then can you try closing and re-launching the game. If you still don't receive your in-game purchase then please allow up to 24 hours as there can be delays at times.

However, if you still haven't received your in-game purchase after 24 hours then please contact support on one of the following support channels for further assistance:

Hi @jayottsel I'm sorry to hear that you have not received certain items from a bundle.

Please check the thread here for more information with regards to in-game purchases not being received.
