Hey there.
I'm really sorry to hear about this. Are you experiencing any particular error messages at all when the game crashes? For you to have been banned for 4 days it sounds like this might have been happening for you quite often. Unfortunately with regards to temporary bans we're not able to lift those as they're implemented server side but we will absolutely do our best to help you out with the crashing and try to prevent this from happening as much as we possibly can.
The first thing I'd like you to do is to attempt each step suggested here. These steps do help with a lot of the most common causes of crashing/freezing. If after doing so you're still experiencing crashes please let us know and confirm any error messages if there are any so we can offer further assistance. Thanks.
