[2023] New to Rainbowsix Extraction - WV-33898-1 while Destiny2 is down

Yesterday when Destiny 2 went down as I was playing, I tried to load RE and I am getting the same WV-33898-1 message that Im getting with D2. I have already done all the suggested fixes. PS4 is up to date, I have Starlink so it automatically updates and the PS4 took the redemption code so I know it connected somehow to the servers but still can't get game up. It goes through the teaser opening, then prompts a ubisoft account that I have, then goes to error message. Can this be related to D2 issue? Been working on it for hours. Ideas? TIA
