Hey @frozt8yte , welcome to the forums - I appreciate you getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear you've received an error - I'd really like to help you get it resolved. To allow me to best see how to do that, can you answer the questions below for me?
- When did this error occur? Was it when you launched the game? Was it during gameplay? Please be as specific as possible.
- If you are playing on PC, can you please see our troubleshooting guide? In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game.
- Can you send me a screenshot of the error? Here's our screenshot guide. They can be uploaded to a post here in the forum thread using the little picture icon next to the link icon.
