I've encountered the problem of R6E being greyed out after re-subscribing to Game Pass. The pinned thread on this forum says to contact Ubisoft Email/Live Chat at https://www.ubisoft.com/help/contact but that page doesn't actually provide anyway to get in contact. It says "We're happy to help. Please sign in to your Ubisoft account to contact support or open a support case." I've signed in, and also tried it on different browsers, but there is no contact form or email address to write to. How do I get in contact?
