I did make a pre-load of Extraction a few days ago, and wanted to see if I can run the game. It did not budge when I reached the title screen after the cinematic. Did check my drivers. My video-card and my system, all seems to be in order. Cache integrity and other issues were dealt with but still nothing moves.
I'm trying a fresh download onto my main SSD but I doubt it will work. Anyone else experienced something similar?

Thank you for the troubleshooting that you have done.
One thing to try is launching the game in safe mode with networking:
Power off your computer. Restart your computer and immediately start pressing the F8 key, located on your keyboard. Continue to press F8 repeatedly until the Boot Menu appears. Select Safe Mode with Networking from the list of options using the arrow keys on your keyboard, followed by the ENTER key.
Once in safe mode try launching the game again, if it works this normally indicates conflicting software is causing the crash when running your PC in normal mode.
