The game is crashing after the cinematic plays. I have tried all of the suggestions in the FAQ sections, among many others. I am unsure of what to do at this point. Has anyone else figured out a solution to this?

@DaytimeSoup @AssnOfLight Greetings to you both, and welcome to the forums. I'd like you to specify the steps you have taken for this crashing issue. Please keep in mind this PC troubleshooting guide may include processes already attempted, but is still worth going through as it provides helpful steps to resolve crashing.
I also recommend running the in-game benchmark tool if you have not already done so.
Please also post your computer’s specifications. If you are not sure of your specifications, you can run a DxDiag report. After you have ran the DxDiag report, please tell us the following: Operating System, processor, memory (RAM), and display card (graphics card) name.
