[2022] Not Being able to get past the launch, Oops it crashed

hey ive been trying to launch the game but it kept crashing, i then done all the stuff i could find to fix it and once i ran as admin it didnt crash but it just keeps perma loading and i had it loading for 10 minutes with no response.
I've set it to run as Admin, Verified the game files, updated my windows and my Graphics Card and still not able to launch it.
