I Recently had a problem with the game crashing upon startup, found a fix (disabling my igpu) that lets the game actually open up. But everything is running at around 5-10, maybe even lower. The menus,settings screen, the video at the start of the game all low frames.

After you have ran the DxDiag report, please tell us the following: Operating System, processor, memory (RAM), and display card (graphics card) name.
