I recently asked for help with an issue regarding in-game credits and that was resolved, thanks. I had an issue (but I expected it) yesterday with being disconnected by the game and even got penalized for it. I'm certain that my whole team got suspended. Ran into that issue all day during the new Maelstrom for Rainbow Six Extraction. Tonight, I kept being informed than my internet was out. I exited the game briefly and saw all the info that I should see when connected which I cannot see when disconnected. I have a Playstation 4. Anywho, I reconnected and noticed I don't have any tech but I have all the upgraded/higher-level weapons. I exited and closed the game. Tried restarting but again was informed that there was no connectivity. All my awards and progress page was available, however (which is only possible when connected). I did a Network Test and problem solved. However, I had to re-select all the gear that each operator had as the default of Smoke Grenades and Recon Drone was selected for all my Operators. Then I was informed that my internet was out again but again I can see all my game info for all my games while in the PS menu.

I did another Network Test and again my gear comes back but to defaults thus erasing my changes and I again had to manually reselect my Operator's gear sets for all 19 Operators. I changed my PS Password and so far...........no more problems. No more resets. I had to resign into my PS account on my PS4 but that was fine. Re-entering the Operators menu starts the "new Operators available" animation and intro text which alarms me when it happens. It has happened 2 or 3 other times in the past for no reason but my gear sets are all there. So it's ok. I also noticed that I have 231 RCs. RCs are an in-game currency called REACT Credits.... (the caps means it's an acronym not that I'm yelling or emphasizing anything so it's just how it's spelled but I don't remember what it means). The point is that I had 120 that I won by completing 20,000 XP in Maelstrom minus 9 RCs that I spent on a turret. I contacted PS Support and texted with "Carlos A." and he refused to help me and he sent me back to PS Sign-in page. I came from that page to ask for help from PS Support. I mentioned the details of being run through circles in the survey that Playstation sent me. I had asked about 3 times "How do I know if my account has been accessed by other devices?"

What I didn't mention was the creepy "Stay Safe" that he signed off with. Not "goodbye" or "please contact us again" or "can I help you with anything else" but instead told me "you can access this information yourself" while sending me to sign-in page after I asked 2 or 3 times: "How do I see what devices have accessed my account?" No help given just being sent in circles and then "Stay Safe"......... as in what? A warning? A threat? That's why I don't keep any payment methods or an address on my devices. The "Real Name" isn't my real name because there are creeps out there. I've worked at XBox support and I know there are people that steal account information. The company offered rewards for successfully stopping employees that were stealing information. I'm now concerned that by asking for help in the first place that my personal info is in jeopardy. I need to know if there is anyway to know if somebody has accessed my account from anything other than my computers or PS4? Also, just let me know if I shouldn't be asking for help because this "kind of thing" can happen.... Thanks for your time.

@Ponce_Deleon Hello there.

Apologies for our delay in responding here, thank you for posting. We're glad to hear you were able to resolve your issue with in-game credits.

It's likely that your loadouts have been reset following a disconnection due to a known issue. The team are investigating this currently, apologies for any inconvenience caused. Ubisoft's services have also undergone some maintenance over the last week and may have factored into this disconnection occurring. Should these disconnections persist, you can check our support site for maintenance banners here. If you aren't seeing a banner, then we'd advise working through our connectivity guide here.

As we are Ubisoft support, and not PlayStation support, we may be limited in how we can help with account security. Any suspicious activity or unknown logins made on your account, should result in an email from PlayStation support notifying you of such activity. To make your account more secure, we'd recommend enabling 2FA.

If you have any further concerns regarding your account, please reach back out to PlayStation support. Please let us know if you have any other questions, however.

Many thanks.
