2 months have passed and I STILL can't redeem any Rainbow Six Extraction, nor have I heard back from Ubisoft support.
Other titles like AC Valhalla seem to still be working fine.
Nothing works for R6 Extraction rewards; not through Ubisoft Connect, web browser, mobile app - nothing. None of the paid rewards, neither the free ones (all ones unrelated to timed events that are urrently inactive).

Hi @tnt4thebrain_ I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues claiming the Ubisoft Connect rewards for Rainbow Six Extraction.

I am also sorry to hear that you have received no further updates on your support case.

I can see that the last response was on the 6th June and that your system files were forwarded on for further investigation. As soon as there is an update on your case Customer Support will update you.

Hi @tnt4thebrain_ I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues claiming the Rainbow Six Extraction rewards in Ubisoft Connect.

The issue with claiming the fan-kit reward is still being investigated.

Could you please confirm the following:

  • Which rewards you are experiencing issues with?
  • What happens when you try to claim those rewards, do you receive an error?
  • Have you tried to claim the rewards via the Ubisoft Connect launcher, Ubisoft Connect app, Ubisoft Connect website or have you tried all three?

@tnt4thebrain_ thanks for the information provided.

So I can confirm that the issue with the fan kit is still being investigated. We had also received some reports from other players experiencing issues claiming the other two rewards that you mentioned, however this issue was marked as resolved.

If possible could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread. 

I can then report this and reopen the issue to be investigated again.
