Go down the stairs to the left (the square stairs) at the evacuation point under the Missile Silo. There are bugs in the model on the ground and the corner of the stairs on the next floor (with two door openings). Going down the stairs and hitting the corner of railing will kill you instantly.
(The railing has many bugs. In some map you can cross over the railing into the corner under stairs but can't go out.)
