From what you've said, it sounds like you are having connectivity issues. We've not had any reports of widespread connectivity issues, so I'd like to invite you to check our connectivity guide. In particular, from that article, please remember to reset your network hardware, switch to a wired connection (if possible, and if you aren't already), and check for software conflicts that might be causing interference (such as downloading programs or firewalls).

- Which platform are you playing on? If PC, is it Ubisoft Connect, Epic Game Store, Stadia, or GeForce Now? Also, if PC, is it through Xbox Game Pass?
- Which items have you purchased and found to be missing in-game?
- When did you update your game?
