So, I pre-downloaded the game and reinstalled the game 3 times, and it's always the same: I click play, opens a window saying "synchronizing files", this window closes, another one opens saying "launching battle eye", then it closes and it asks if I wanna send crash report.

I tried pretty much everything I could find on the forums: swiched GPU from nvidia control panel, tried running game on administrator mode, compatibility mode, reinstalled ubisoft connect, reinstalled microsoft visual C++, verified game files about 5 times, updated graphics card driver.

I have an Acer Nitro V gaming notebook, intel i7-7700HQ 2.8 Ghz, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 ti, 16gb ram.

Also, I played on the technical test with this same gamer notebook and worked super fine.

Please help, I was really hyped for this game 😞

Hey there.

Sorry to hear you've encountered issues with crashing.

Can I ask you to attempt all of the suggestions made by Ubi-Keo on the thread here, please? I can see you have already attempted quite a bit of troubleshooting already so you don't need to repeat the steps you have already attempted.

If after doing so you continue to experience issues please let us know and we'll create a support case for you to offer further assistance with this issue.
