Hi, my playtime shows 2500 h on ubiconnect stats but i played only 80, it's frustrating, please fix this somehow. cheers

Hey there @earclimax3id , welcome to Ubisoft Discussions! I understand you've found the play time reported by Ubisoft Connect to be inaccurate - sorry about that!

I'd really like to investigate this. To help me with that, can you have a look at our two guides? That's the troubleshooting guide and the connectivity guide. The steps they contain are likely to fix the issue, and if they do not, they will at least help me with reporting the issue to be looked into.

In particular from the first guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your graphics drivers and Windows install fully updated, and you don't have any background programs which could interfere with the game. From the connectivity guide, please make sure you've reset your network hardware, you're on a wired connection, and you've checked for conflicting programs such as firewalls, VPNs, or downloader programs.

Please then try the game again and play it for a little while, then wait 48 hours for the stats to update. If they still show the incorrect number after that time, please let me know!
