Ubisoft Connect title screen pops up but nothing happens, I just get an infinite spinning circle. I've done all the PC connectivity troubleshooting, but to no avail. All my other games work just fine, but none of my Ubisoft games work through Ubisoft Connect. This has been happening all morning for me. First error that happened was my cloud saves wouldn't sync, now I'm getting this issue.

Hey @rootbeertuna , welcome to the forums! Thanks for reaching out about this, and sorry for the delay in responding. I understand you've not been able to get any games at all to launch via Ubisoft Connect - I'll be happy to help with that.

Please see our troubleshooting guide. In this case, since it is happening with every game, I'd recommend making sure Ubisoft Connect is running with administrator rights, make sure your GPU drivers and Windows install are fully updated, and check for background programs such as firewalls that might be blocking programs from opening.

If that doesn't work, please also try uninstalling and reinstalling Ubisoft Connect.
