So i very rarely post on forums, i currently have a Ubisoft+ sub on my PC and i cannot seem to get this game at all.
I can buy it, but it says in the shop it's included in my sub???
Can't preload it or even find it in the Ubisoft+ section of the app, is there something i am missing? I should be getting this game yeah?
Hey! Thank you both for reaching out about this. Preload is not available for Ubisoft+ for Extraction.
However, Rainbow Six Extraction will be available on January 20 at midnight local time on PC to download for you.

@crystalargent Hey! Please ensure you have done the following:
• Visit the Ubisoft Game Pass website.
• Select Log in and sign in to your Microsoft account.
• If prompted, follow the on-screen instructions to link your Ubisoft account to the Microsoft account.
Please ensure that the Xbox account and Ubisoft account you are linking are correct.
If the accounts you see displayed are not the accounts you want to link, please ensure you are logged in to the correct accounts before starting the process again.
• If you do not currently hold a Game Pass subscription, select Join Now to subscribe.
• Select Continue to claim the game.
The title will now be added to your Ubisoft Connect library.

@crystalargent thank you for your reply. There is no preload for Ubisoft+ so you need to wait till launch. Which is 12am January 20th.
@crystalargent @DaBlakOne @SkolBob Can you all log out of the Ubisoft Connect application and log back in and let us know if it shows now?
