[2022] Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060 laptop has severe stuttering and can't be played.

Running the game, I first get a sign that no video driver is available.



I then disable my basic video graphic card so the game has to take Nvidia.



When I run the game again it opens up but has severe stuttering - about a frame a second. This includes on the opening videos.



I have lowered all the graphics settings to their bare minimum but still have the same problem.



It takes 30 seconds to just get to settings for example. Buttons are extremely non responsive.



I'm playing on an ASUS G14 gaming laptop. I have updated all of my video drivers. My friend has the same laptop and is experiencing the same problem.
