my problem is that I already downloaded the game twice and every time I try to open it, it says that this one opening file is missing, but I can see the file. When I try to open it by my own nothing happens. I also did a file scan and nothing appeared. So what can I do? I want to play!

Can you tell me what the name of the file is? Ideally, it'd be great to have a screenshot of the error - here's our guide for taking screenshots, and it can be uploaded using the little image icon above the posting box.
Please see our troubleshooting guide, too. I understand you've already tried reinstalling, which is great. Please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game.
