[2022] Maelstrom Protocol Rewards vanished?

I started playing a while ago and reached diamond rank on the maelstrom protocol, but today I started playing and the rewards from that disappeared, is that meant to be that way, I'm very unhappy with that, mostly because that's not how it should work, I know that I'm not the designer of the game, but seriously, I thought that maybe when the ranks reset, we could be able to get the rest of the armor in that color...

If this is a kind of bug or failure in the game, I'll be very honest, I want my stuff back! if the game is meant to be that way, think about what I said, because slowly the community will start lossing interest in the game and thats because no one will rank up knowing that the rewards aren't permanent, and thats a very sad thing, because its a great game but its heading in the wrong direction

if i could get an answer as fast as possible it will be great...
