im trying to run this game i swear ive played it before on this hardware just fine but now i cant play at a decent frame rate because for some reason i cant even get it to run off the gpu. i check every time i start the game and the gpu usage is around 10%-0% and my cpu is at 100%. ive looked all over the internet and tried a bunch off stuff even resetting my whole laptop.
i have a 2070 and an i7 plz help i just want to play this game again

Could you please tell us if you have followed all the steps from our troubleshooting article?
If the issue persists after, could you please generate your Msinfo32 and Dxdiag files and answer in this thread so that we can create a case for you on the support website ?
This will allow us to analyse them and give you more in depth troubleshooting.
