Hello, I downloaded and installed the game on PC. I linked ubisoft and xbox game pass accounts (I have a GP subsciption) and activation went smoothly. I installed the game and the anti-cheat system, clicked on OK when prompted about the data collection for anti-cheat purpouses but the game doesn't start (from ubisoft connect). I receive the error msg "Hardware not supported" (while my hardware is supported standing from requirements), then my only option is to click on the "ok" button and close. I tried to verify the installation files - no problems - then I tried also to launch the game while disabling AV but no result. Should I try to add some command line argument ?
The game is installed in drive 😧 but my os (and ubisoft connect, game pass etc) is on drive C.

Thanks in advance

@brownjenkin80 Hello! I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles with launching Extraction. I saw that you mentioned that the game is on a different drive then Ubisoft Connect. Have you tried to install the game on the same drive to test if that helps resolve this for you? Also, I recommend giving this troubleshooting guide a try as well! If the issue remains, please create a support ticket with your Msinfo and Dxdiag files so our team can take a closer look at this with you!

Hey there @brownjenkin80, thanks for getting back in touch. I understand that other games for you seem to run fine on other drives, but it is worth checking this as we have had similar types of cases in the past where this has helped! It will be worth ruling it out as a potential cause. Give those steps you mentioned a try and then if you continue to experience issues, let us know and we will gladly take a closer look into it for you.

Additionally, if you have any questions or run into any other issues, please do not hesitate to let me know.
