tldr; the game token from Game Pass went to an old Ubi account, I got it re-linked to the proper one on launch day, and 2 weeks later no update on game token transfer to the correct account. The support people will not even tell me where the issue lays and says I just have to wait. Anyone else in this? They said it was "wide spread," but I did not find other topics or social media posts about this "wide spread" problem.
