My game fails to synchronize achievement's at launch then proceeds to crash my computer to blue screen.
I played for a few hours on launch day with no issues, but have not been able to play since then. All of of my driver are updated. I have verified files. Uninstalled game and reinstalled...
Any help is appreciated!

I see you've already reinstalled the game, but have you reinstalled Ubisoft Connect as well? If not, you can find steps to do that in this FAQ. Ubisoft Connect is in charge of synchronizing achievements, so it could be an issue with the program rather than the game.
Please also go ahead and complete the other steps in our basic PC troubleshooting guide to help rule out other potential causes of the issue. Should the issue persist, go ahead and create a support ticket and attach your system files, then update this thread when that's done.
