I'm sorry to hear your game is still crashing whenever someone uses Sens. I see you had a live chat before and it looks like it was resolved previously. But as you have a support case created from the live chat, if you log back in to the support website you should be able to see your old cases and you can update it again. Even though it is closed, it will reopen the case when you comment on it again and we can continue assisting through there.
