Last night I got a audio bug where my operator kept making grunting sounds until I extracted. I was playing Lion and I think I was in Enterprise Space Foundation's 2nd sub zone doing a decontamination objective.
I was close to the nest where I needed to grab the sample from and got stuck by blinding spores. I quickly tossed a stun grenade to get rid of them. I was also sprinting after the stun if that helps. Lion kept making grunting sounds from then until I extracted in the last zone.
