[2022] Game doesn't start

Hey there @nana77mi , thanks for your post! I'm sorry to hear the game isn't starting up - I'll be happy to help, though!

Please start with our troubleshooting guide. In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game (such as firewalls). 

If it still doesn't work, please let me know. In that case, can you answer the questions below?

• Which platform are you launching the game from? Ubisoft Connect, or Epic Games Launcher? And locally, or through Geforce Now?
• Can you send me a screenshot of what you see when you start up the game? You can use the little picture icon to add it to a post here in the thread.
