In regards to the crashes you faced when throwing stuns, this should be fixed tomorrow - see our announcement about this here, and if the issue happens after the maintenance, make sure you've done the steps in our troubleshooting guide, and let me know.

For the issue you'd had with not being able to perform a takedown on a rooter, can you tell me what incursion you were playing on? Ideally, it'd be great to have a screenshot showing where on the map you were! This can be added in a response to this post, using the little picture icon above the post entry box.

Thanks also to @DennisS456 for explaining this other issue. I'm not quite sure I understand what happened - can you elaborate on what you mean when you say that being downed and self-reviving 'reset' your guns? What were your guns doing before you were DBNO, and what did they do afterwards? Let me know if I can clarify this questions
