Just as stated in the topic title.
Pain, and now we have to deal with the MIA penalty.
Would be great if they were going to pull back the penalty due to a bug.

EDIT 1: Now, I just faced an AFK Timeout timer for having to upload the video and an MIA operator. Kinda hating it right now.

Hey @crestfelt97, apologies for the difficulties this issue has been with you and your squad. We have received similar reports of this behavior, and the team is currently looking into his further. To help share this information with the Dev Team, could you please answer the following:

  1. Which map did this happen on? 
  2. What difficulty were you on? Moderate, Cautious, Severe, or Critical? 
  3. What were the objectives in the subzones prior and after? 1st : Hunt, 2nd : Sabotage, 3rd :
  4. How long did you wait to see if the door opened?
