I was playing as vigil when after doing a scan I was stuck holding the SMG-12 and not able to swap back to my primary or shoot. But, I was still able to melee and use my ability plus stun grenades. I was also not able to interect with doors in this state or extract. there was no way i could find to get myself out of this state

At the moment, we do not believe it affects any particular operator, it can happen to any. Do either of these situations sound similar to yours, so we can investigate further, or do you believe your issue to be slightly different, as you were able to use melee?
