[2022] Broken 4790k? 75fps -> 5fps

I apologize if I'm posting in the wrong place.
The situation is this -

1. I run the game on minimum settings - everything is ok.
2. I pass the test in the menu - everything is ok.
3. I launch a single game - everything is ok.
4. I start a online game - everything is ok, but closer to the third location, fps drops to 5-35 (CPU works at 15% , GPU at 100% )

My setup:

• CPU - Intel 4790k
• GPU - Asus RX570, 4GB (Boosted to 1450MHz)
• RAM - DDR3, 16GB, 1600MHz
• SSD

(can't upgreate now and it's not necessary, cuz Ubi say - my setup close to recomended!)

It is some CPU problems? Cuz AMD Software show that CPU are not alowed to recomended.
