[2022] fps limiter doesn't work

Hi, my pc is working like vacum cleaner while playing R6 extraction, Vsync or fps limit in game settings doesn't work. Tried both, full screen mode, borderless mode, also tried to change nvidia settings, nothing helps and game is running on ultra with 150+fps.
This is only game I have this issue.
Graphic card: Nvidia Rtx 3070.


I found a fix - manually edit game settings - Documents\My Games\Rainbow Six - Extraction\random hash \ GameSettings file - changed FpsLimit value there.
