I have two monitors. After I changed some settings with my GeForce Experience, the game suddenly recognize my secondary monitor as primary. And showing the wrong monitor index in the settings (Name of my primary monitor but the index is 2). I can unplug the monitor and it will launch on the correct one. But it's too ridiculous to do this EVERY TIME! Whenever I launch the game with both monitors plugged in, it always shows on the secondary one. And the monitor setting is broken and I can only see one monitor.

Hey there @aaachu , thanks for getting in touch about this. I understand your game is ignoring your primary monitor - that's most unusual!

Can you tell me which ports you've got them both connected to? Are they both connected to your dedicated GPU's ports, or do you perhaps have one connected to the motherboard's ports?

Please also see our troubleshooting guide, which recommends updating your graphics drivers and operating system, and checking for any background programs that might interfere (such as system or graphics optimisers). Can you try these steps for me, and let me know if they help?

Hey @shadowsniper52 , thanks for also reaching out - sorry to hear you've had a similar issue. Can you also answer the above questions, and try the linked troubleshooting? In addition, though, can you explain what happens when you try to change which monitor the game is on using the in-game setting? Anything at all, or an error message, or is the setting greyed out?

Thanks both for these reports - I'll keep an eye out for your responses 😎
