The game has been preventing me from loading in for ages now
first preventing me from getting past the "press any key to continue" screen to now not even loading the application, leaving me at a perpetual loading screen...
it has been like this for 20 minutes
please help
Hello there @we_are_not_open , thanks for posting about this! It sounds like you're stuck on the loading screen for Extraction, which sounds most frustrating. I'll be happy to help you solve this!
The vast majority of launching and loading issues are solved with the steps in our troubleshooting guide. In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your graphics drivers and Windows install fully updated, and you don't have any background programs which could interfere with the game.
