i have a problem about reward

  • free reward cannot redeem
  • coin reward deducted amount of total coin but no reward redeem

Hi @pingpiing15, welcome to Discussions! I'm sorry to see you had trouble with your Ubisoft Connect rewards.

Could you confirm exactly which rewards you're unable to redeem? The team is currently looking into an issue with the Fan Kit reward, but if this is affecting other rewards it may be a different issue.

Hey there @swatspy, thank you for getting back to us. I am sorry to hear that you're unable to claim the Rainbow Six Extraction Fan Kit reward. As kindly mentioned by my colleague above, our teams are aware of this issue and they are currently investigating the problem. We additionally have a potential workaround: Please try claiming the reward via an incognito browser window on the Ubisoft Connect website here.

If you have performed those steps but you are still experiencing problems redeeming the kit, I ask that you please remain patient while our teams continue to investigate.
